My bank purchased Knowledge Base for me to complete prior to my start date, therefore, I'm not as familiar with the different products and what product and extras I have.  That being said, what is retailer subscriber (in regards to how the term is used in the model certification scoring Q&A)?  I have access to KB I and the certification and my screen says I have lifetime access - is this considered retail or not?  Also, how do we know if we have access to FastTrack and how can I install it if I do have access?  Thanks.
