I am currently completing case study number five and am having issues with cumulative change in net debt over the five year forecast period. My answer does not match any of the answers.
My cash balances for 2002-2006 are: 0,0,0,39.3,219.2
Debt balances are: 385.1,262.6,121.5,0,0
Cases study 1-4 have been completed with correct answers.
I also have corresponding answers in case study five to all questions except this one.
My 2006 ebitda is 375.3
Dcf value per share on 7% Tv and 14% wacc 44.10
2006 eps 5.66
My model still balances using 'normal' scenario also
I hope this information is helpful and I have had a very hard look at the model and do not know what is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated in terms of where to look, if my numbers are wrong e.t.c?
I can attach my model if need be, but I am not sure of the rules of posting case study models
